World Market Explorer® Rewards Program Rules
The World Market Explorer® Rewards Program ("Program") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working email address and create a unique 10-digit Member ID. By joining the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and by using this Program, you agree to the rules of the Program. If you are between 18 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a Member of the Program. Your Membership is non-transferable and is subject to present and future Program rules. Your Membership is valid only at participating Cost Plus World Market retail store locations and online at worldmarket.com. Membership in the Program is voluntary.
Become a Member
You may join the World Market Explorer Rewards Program at www.WorldMarketExplorer.com by selecting a 10-digit Member ID, providing a working email address and completing a customer profile. You may also join the Program at Cost Plus World Market retail stores by choosing a 10-digit Member ID and providing a working email address. If you begin your enrollment at a retail store, you must respond to an email confirming your membership and complete a customer profile at www.WorldMarketExplorer.com.
Upon enrollment, you will have online access to your Rewards, you can view your activity balance, and manage your profile. You may receive coupons and marketing material including emails from Cost Plus World Market®. You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting "Email Preferences" under "My Profile" after logging in to WorldMarketExplorer.com.
World Market Explorer Rewards Program rules are subject to change without advance notice.
When you first enroll as a World Market Explorer Rewards Program Member, confirm your email address and create a Member Profile, you will receive one Welcome Perk coupon by email. Your Welcome Perk can also be accessed online at WorldMarketExplorer.com.
We will track your purchases as a World Market Explorer Rewards Program Member and record your purchase activity ("Activity Balance"). You must enter your World Market Explorer Member ID at the time of your in-store or online purchases. If you do not enter your World Market Explorer Member ID at the time of your in-store or online purchase, those purchases will not be included in your Activity Balance. Retroactive credit for purchases made without a Member ID will not be granted.
Your Activity Balance is based on your total qualifying merchandise purchases, less all discounts, coupons, price reductions, Reward issuances and returns. Your Activity Balance does not include sales taxes, shipping charges and other fees, alcoholic beverage and gift card purchases or purchases made for resale. Other types of purchases may be excluded from your Activity Balance in the future. Please allow at least 3 days from the date of each qualifying in-store purchase or online shipment for your Activity Balance to be updated. You can review your Activity Balance status when you login to WorldMarketExplorer.com. If you do not make any qualifying purchases using your World Market Explorer Member ID within an 18-month period, your Activity Balance will expire.
All Rewards are subject to change and we may modify or discontinue the Shopper Rewards and/or Coffee Perk Rewards or add new Rewards in the future by posting a notice on the WorldMarketExplorer.com website.
You can find your Activity Balance and access Rewards online at www.WorldMarketExplorer.com. You may also receive emails notifying you when a Reward has been issued to you.
World Market Explorer Rewards Program Members receive a $10 Shopper Reward upon reaching an Activity Balance of $200. A Shopper Reward will be issued to you approximately 10 days after your Activity Balance reaches $200. A Shopper Reward expires 60 days from the date it is issued.
Coffee Perk Rewards
A Coffee Perk Reward will be issued to you after your Coffee Perk Status shows six qualified purchases of 12-oz. or larger bags of World Market® Coffee. Bags of World Market® Coffee sold individually in store may be sold in sets online. A Coffee Perk Reward entitles you to one free 12-oz. bag of World Market coffee at Cost Plus World Market stores, or up to $8.99 off a single purchase of World Market coffee, excluding OneCup™, at worldmarket.com. A Coffee Perk Reward expires 60 days from the date it is issued. Limit one (1) Coffee Perk Reward redemption per customer per visit.
Coffee Perk Rewards are issued on the basis of your Coffee Perk Status during a rolling 12-month period. Qualified purchases of World Market Coffee remain in your Coffee Perk Status for 12 months. After 12 months, a qualified purchase expires and will be removed from your Coffee Perk Status and will not count toward Coffee Perk Rewards.
Shopper Rewards and Coffee Perk Rewards can be used at Cost Plus World Market stores or online at worldmarket.com. You must enter your World Market Explorer Member ID to use any Reward. Rewards are not transferable and may only be used once by the Member to whom they are issued. Rewards are not gift certificates and have no cash value. Accordingly, no cash will be paid for any Reward. A maximum of 10 Reward coupons may be used per transaction.
Shopper Rewards may not be redeemed for Cost Plus World Market gift cards, alcoholic beverages, prior purchases, purchases made for resale, or sales tax, shipping charges or other fees. Other exclusions may apply as stated on the Shopper Reward and/or Coffee Perk Reward, or as posted at WorldMarketExplorer.com from time to time.
If you return merchandise for which you previously received Activity Balance credit, we will adjust your Activity Balance to reflect the return and/or cancel any outstanding Shopper Rewards or Coffee Perk Rewards previously issued to you.
Rewards issued in connection with subsequently returned merchandise are forfeited at the time of the return.
We may cancel a World Market Explorer Rewards Membership if you do not provide a unique working email address. The same email address may not be used by two members. Email address changes can be made by logging in and selecting "Email Preferences" under "My Profile" at WorldMarketExplorer.com.
We may cancel your Membership if you make no qualifying purchases using your World Market Explorer Member ID during any 18-month period.
Cost Plus World Market reserves the right to terminate your Membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying us at email@example.com. Cancellation may take 2 to 4 weeks. Upon cancellation, your Membership will be inactivated and all Rewards, including Shopper Rewards and Coffee Perk Rewards, will expire immediately, and your Activity Balance will be cancelled.
Upon cancellation of Membership for any reason, all Rewards will expire immediately and your Activity Balance will be cancelled.
Communications about the Program, including Program rule changes, may be sent by email or posted at WorldMarketExplorer.com. For information about the World Market Explorer Rewards Program, your Activity Balance, or Rewards, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your 10-digit Member ID.

General Program Information
You acknowledge and agree that all Rewards are delivered to you under this Program without payment of any fee or other consideration whatsoever. All Rewards and your Activity Balance in the World Market Explorer Rewards Program are promotional in nature and are not paid for by you, they are subject to an expiration date and/or forfeiture under certain circumstances, including when merchandise is returned. You do not own any right, title, or interest in any Reward or your Activity Balance unless or until you redeem them under the rules set out above.

The laws of the State of California apply to this Program and you agree that any claim related to the Program will be brought in the State of California.
